Accessibility

We are working towards 'AA' compliance with the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI).

Here are some of the things we are already doing to make our site more accessible for everyone:

Access Keys

Our site has quick keys to take you straight to useful pages. From any page, hold down the ALT key and press one of these numbers:

   1 - Home page
   2 - News
   3 - A to Z
   4 - Search
5 - Frequently Asked Questions or FAQs
6 - Help, how to use our web site
7 - Complaints, comments and compliments
8 - Terms of use, copyright and disclaimer
9 - Feedback about our web site
0 - Accessibility in our web site

Using Internet Explorer?

Release the ALT and number key. Then press the ENTER key to go to your chosen page.

Changing Text Size

If you are using Internet Explorer you can change the size of the text in your browser by selecting the View menu, then selecting Text Size and  the size you require.
